Set in acres of beautiful Scottish countryside, our gorgeous retreat reimagines what a country house hotel can be, with its exquisite, contemporary style and a refreshingly relaxed vibe.

The Study
The Study offers a calm and considered space for meetings of up to 10 with some subtle hints of playfulness and some beautiful paintings from the RSA. Located on the first floor, overlooking the lawns.
The Garden Room
As the name suggests, this bright, airy room for up to 24 guests overlooks the verdant, grassy grounds so you can gaze out of the vast windows, be inspired and soak up all the natural beauty. Rich and vibrant colours and eclectic artworks create a unique, grown-up meeting room for complete focus.
The Drawing Room
Located on the ground floor, this room feels sumptuous, bright and colourful with a beautiful large bay window and open fire. Offering plenty of light, with views overlooking our pretty grounds, our airy drawing room can be reimagined for private events of up to 50.
Meeting Packages
8-hour meetings
Bring clients or colleagues together for a productive day at Cromlix. We offer a delegate day rate from £85 per person for a minimum of 6 guests. For smaller meetings, please contact us directly.
The above rate includes:
- Meeting room hire from 9am to 5pm
- Tea and coffee on arrival with breakfast pastries
- Still and sparkling water
- Mid-morning tea and coffee with energy-boosting snacks
- Lunch – choose between a two-course lunch in our Glasshouse Restaurant or a working buffet lunch service in the meeting room
- Afternoon tea and coffee and seasonal sweet home baking
- Complimentary Wi-Fi
- Paper, pens and flipcharts
24-hour meetings
Mix business and pleasure and make the most of your time at Cromlix with an overnight stay. Enjoy a productive day then relax with us in the evening. Sleep in individually designed bedrooms then tuck into a hearty Scottish breakfast to get set up for the day ahead.
Our rate includes accommodation charged at our standard bed and breakfast rates from £310 per person, plus our 8-hour delegate rate. Dinner is charged separately.
