Choose from the following rooms to host your event:

The Study offers a calm and considered space for meetings and dining for up 10 with some subtle hints of playfulness and some beautiful paintings from the RSA. Located on the first floor.

​​​The Garden Room  is a private room with a difference! An unorthodox Victorian style room with a moody, Bohemian atmosphere. Rich and vibrant colours and eclectic artworks create a unique, grown up meeting or Dining room for complete focus or total celebration. As the name suggests, this bright, airy room looks out to the gardens, and seats up to 24 (up to 19 with our leather Dining chairs and up to 24 with banquet chairs).

The Biliard Room is our bold maximalist statement! A bizarre mix of intense colour, florals, stags heads, fish and playful accessories, it feels as if you have entered Narnia. A grand room in which to escape, have fun, play and be transported to another time and place.  A fabulously welcoming choice for informal standing gatherings – drinks, finger buffets and so on.

The Drawing Room on the ground floor feels luxuriously sumptuous and colourful with a beautiful large bay window and open fire. Light and airy, and the largest of our private rooms, The Drawing Room can be reimagined for private events and meetings for up to 50. 

The Glasshouse Restaurant is our fresh and airy Conservatory Restaurant, bringing the outside in! It is a comfortable, casual space with a refined elegance, original art works, planting and vibrant fabrics. The Glasshouse can on occasion be offered for private parties and exclusive use events for up to 70.

8 Hour Meetings

We also offer a day delegate rate from £85 per person for a minimum of 6 guests. For smaller meetings, please contact us directly.
The above rate includes:

  • Meeting room hire 9am-5pm
  • Water
  • Tea/coffee on arrival with mini pastries
  • Mid-morning tea/coffee with Scottish shortbread
  • Working lunch
  • Afternoon tea/coffee and cake
  • Complimentary wi-fi
  • Paper, pens, flipcharts

24 Hour Meetings

24 hour meetings are available with accommodation charged at our standard Bed and Breakfast rates.

So for example if you need an 8 hour meeting plus dinner and an overnight stay, we simply offer you the day delegate rate as noted above, plus your choice of accommodation from £310 per person to include full Scottish breakfast (your rate will depend room availability and time of year), and dinner charged as taken either in the restaurant or a private room.
