All rates are per room, per night on a bed and full Scottish breakfast basis and based on 2 people sharing unless otherwise stated.

Children up to the age of 7 years in foldaway beds are complimentary, however any meals taken will be charged pro-rata. Extra bed (8 years and over) are £85 per night
Rates are not applicable to Christmas and New Year Festive Period and any special events
Deposit: one night deposit is required on all bookings
Cancellation policy: 14 days
If cancelled within 14 days of the arrival date, full room costs are charged
If cancelled before 14 days of arrival date a refund will be given on any deposit taken
We now offer 48h free of charge cancellation for our Best Available Flexible Rates booked for stays before 31st March 2021.
